Facial and body care.. even during the Summer!

Inutile dirlo, noi donne dobbiamo essere pronte ad ogni eventualità e… sempre a posto! E in estate? Meglio essere “leggere” sia come look che come prodotti da tenere in borsa. Per questo, opterei per i veri BASIC anche nel trucco e nei solari, focalizzandoci sui must have della stagione.

Da dove partiamo?

Ovviamente dai solari che, anche se non siamo ancora in vacanza, a luglio inoltrato sono ormai indispensabili anche per gli spostamenti cittadini.

Consigliato dai dermatologi e davvero ottimo, è HELIOCARE GEL SPF 50+, che per me è come la coperta di Linus!! Lo si può usare su corpo e viso e ci fa abbronzare sin dalle prime esposizioni al sole, senza rischiare rossori e scottature…ve lo dice una con foto tipo anglosassone (pelle chiarissima e lentiggini!). Vi confesso che questo è il mio passepartout anche in città sotto la base colorata.

Needless to say, we ladies must always be prepared for any occasion and … look our best! And in the Summer?Opt for a “lightweight” look, both image-wise and what to carry in our hand-bags. That’s why I would opt foronly real essentials in terms of make-up and protection products, focusing on the must-haves of the season.

Where to start?

From sun protectors of course, which, even though we haven’t left for the holidays yet, are absolutely essential even in the city in July.

Recommended by dermatologists and fabulous is the HELIOCARE GEL SPF 50+, which is comparable to Linus’ blanket for me!! You can use it for both face and body and it brings out your tan right from the first exposure to the sun, without turning red or getting sun-burnt… And this from someone with a nordic kind of complexion (very pale skin with freckles!). It is my “cannot live without” product and I wear it under a coloured base even in the city.

E a proposito di BASE, con il caldo mi raccomando non usate il fondotinta; tutti i più importanti Make Up Artist usano anche per le sfilate il FACE AND BODY FOUNDATION di MAC, ideale sia in inverno che in estate.

Io vi confesso che lo uso tutto l’anno, perché è leggero con una texture bellissima che assicura una copertura naturale perfetta per tutti i tipi di pelle; oltretutto è resistente all’acqua e conferisce una copertura impalpabile, che aiuta però a idratare e rigenerare la pelle. Insomma, meraviglioso!

Speaking of FOUNDATION, I suggest you don’t use one in this heat; all renowned Make Up Artists use MAC’s FACE AND BODY FOUNDATION even during fashion shows. Ideal both in the winter and in the summer.

E poi vi consiglio un prodotto indispensabile da tenere in borsetta: il TOUCHE ÉCLAT di YVES SAINT LAURENT… vi assicuro , cambia la tridimensionalità del viso… da ripetere più volte al giorno…. non è mai troppo!

Perfetto come correttore, copri occhiaie e sopra qualche piccola imperfezione… l’ideale al mattino se si ha fretta oppure nessuna voglia di truccarsi (basta un “touche” e siamo già a posto!).

Direi che è tutto!! indispensabili ma universali!! Belle sempre anche con il caldo!!

I am also a big fan and recommend another essential product to keep in your purse: SAINT LAURENT’s TOUCHE ECLAT… it really is amazing and changes the face’s three-dimensionality.. to use several times throughout the day… it’s never too much!
An excellent concealer, it covers up tired eyes and other small imperfections.. ideal in the morning if you’re not in the mood to do your make-up ( good to go with just a “touch”!).

I’d say that’s all!! Essential but universal!! Beautiful even in this heat!!

Quale? Beh, io adoro quelli di MAC, il mio preferito è MAT SCARLET IBIS… da usare con la base PREP+PRIME.
