THE COME BACK OUTFIT: “Second skin” to make us feel free

Non so voi, ma in queste ultime giornate di mare e in quest’ultimo week end, mi sono sentita già proiettata al rientro cittadino e all’organizzazione del mio armadio.

Necessità primaria: trovare il giusto compromesso tra l’abbigliamento prettamente vacanziero e il look da città, con outfit che non mi penalizzino subito con un qualcosa di troppo costruito e impegnativo… mi piace provare ancora la sensazione di libertà! Succede anche a voi?

Quindi ho pensato che il look più consono alla prima settimana di vera ripresa lavorativa potrebbe essere un mix con un elemento chiave: la pelle!

Da un po’ di tempo, infatti, i capi in pelle sono diventati trendy e, cosa ancora più importante, a mio avviso ci consentono di avere quello stile leggermente più ricercato e sicuramente non comune, anche se indossiamo una semplice gonna o un pantalone accompagnati da un top.

I don’t know about you, but these last beach days and this last weekend, I felt more oriented towards the come back to the city and the organisation of my closet.

Primary necessity: find the right balance between holiday clothes and the citizen look, with outfits that won’t hinder me with something that looks too contrived and demanding… I like the feeling of being free! Does it ever happen to you?

So I thought that the best look for the first week of work could be a mix with a key element: leather!

In fact, it’s been a while that leather garments are back on being trendy, and more importantly, I believe we can have that slightly more refined and definitely uncommon style, even if we’re just wearing a skirt or pants matched with a top.

Oggi, poi con le nuove tecnologie, si trovano pellami stretch, leggerissimi e morbidi come una… second skin, all’insegna del comfort e della funzionalità (spesso infatti sono anche lavabili in acqua!).

Non essendo ancora freddo ed essendoci ancora giornate stupende, luminose e soleggiate, cosa c’è di meglio di una camicia bianca o un top ancora senza maniche o una blusa in seta o un piccolo pullover v-neck, per completare un jeans oppure una gonna arricciata o a tubino, tutti rigorosamente in pelle?

Since it’s not that cold yet and we still have wonderful sunny days, what’s better than a white shirt or a sleeveless top or a silk blouse or a fitted V-neck sweater to match with a pair of jeans or a skirt, all strictly in leather?
