Late Summer mix.. dreaming of new collections

Che caldo! Queste giornate afose di inizio settembre ci consentono di sfruttare ancora per un po’ i nostri capi estivi, scegliendo quelli che più si adattano a un look cittadino… grazie anche all’abbinamento degli accessori giusti.

Come nel post della scorsa settimana, suggerirei un mix tra capi estivi e un accessorio o un pezzo dell’outfit appena acquistato tra le nuove collezioni in vetrina.

Importanti per la prossima stagione sono sicuramente le gonne a ruota, tornate prepotentemente alla ribalta, e gli abiti iperfemminili…
Dei veri must che possiamo portare ancora con sandali o mules, finché dura il caldo, e riadattare poi con l’arrivo dell’autunno con boots o decollété.

Abbiniamo la gonna a ruota a un piccolo pull, oppure alla nostra famosa t-shirt bianca, impreziosita da una cintura in vita.

Ce ne sono già in vetrina un po’ ovunque, da Prada a Zara, che le propone addirittura in ecopelle! Insomma… quasi tutti i brands le hanno presentate, un po’ per tutti i gusti e per tutte le tasche.

It’s so hot! These sultry days of early September allow us to exploit yet awhile our Summer clothes, choosing the ones that best suit a city look… Also thanks to the right accessories matched.

As in last week’s post, I would suggest a mix of Summer clothes and a new featured accessory or piece of outfit.

Next season’s musts are surely wheel skirts, which came back to the fore, and super feminine clothes… Real musts that we can still match with sandals or mules, until it’s hot, and then we can readjust with boots or décolletés for the Fall season.

We can match the wheel skirt with a fitting sweater or with our infamous white tee, embellished with a waist belt.

We already them showcased everywhere, from Prada to Zara, who even offers them in faux leather! Well… almost all brands have made a little something for everyone and every budget.

Guardando agli abiti, mi sono innamorata subito di questo modello firmato da Alexander McQueen e di questo, di Bottega Veneta, che hanno però già un peso più importante e che quindi metteremo anche in autunno inoltrato.

Looking at the dresses, I fell in love right away with this by Alexander McQueen and this other one by Bottega Veneta, both already with a warm texture so we can also wear them until late Fall.

L’immagine generale che traspare dalle nuove collezioni è quella di una donna curatissima nel dettaglio, semplice ma di grande effetto. Guardiamo ad esempio le linee della collezione di Bottega Veneta: la forma dell’abito che ho scelto richiama gli anni ’80, con la manica a pipistrello, ma rivista nelle proporzioni.
Per completare l’outfit consiglio le decollété Jimmy Choo, l’amore (più o meno) segreto di tutte le donne.

Trovo veramente divertenti anche i look coloratissimi che si vedono sulle ultime passerelle: ci insegnano che anche un capo basic, come la gonna longuette, un paio di shorts o un sandalo, se osati in tonalità decise si trasformano in qualcosa di unico.

The overall picture that emerges from the new collections is that of a well-kept woman, simple but gives a great impression. For example, let’s take a look at the Bottega Veneta collection: the shape of the dress I chose recalls the ’80s, with bat sleeves, but with revised proportions.
To complete the outfit, I suggest Jimmy Choo décolletés, women’s (not so) secret love.

I also really find the oh-so-colourful outfits that you see on the latest runways very amusing: they teach us that even an essential piece of clothing, like a longuette skirt, a pair of shorts or sandals, worn in a bold color can turn into something unique.
